You better be a very techy person before subscribing to this software package. Its clunky and awkward to use. Most of the coaches I know want to use their iPhone to capture slow motion baseball swings on the iPhone. But then editing on the iPhone is nearly impossible since you want to be able to use the illustrator tools to point out issues with the batters swing for example. Therefore it makes sense to edit on something larger like the iPad. This is tough to pull off because you then have to move a very larger video to the iPad. The coaches locker is really confusing because you end up with videos all over the place. Granted I only invested about three hours trying to learn this. If you have more time that that to master it, then maybe youll do better than I did. I subscribed to a $60 annual package. When it was time to bill be for the second year, Techsmith sent a warning email that it would be billing my credit card in two weeks. However there is no link to cancel. In the app there is no place to cancel. On the web there is no place to cancel. Instead TechSmith gives you instructions to cancel using your APPLEID in the phones settings where you manage subscriptions. HOwever, nowhere in there was my Coaches Eye subscription listed. This means you gave to submit a support ticket. Im assuming the support folks will cancel the sub for me. Thats where Im at now. I wish this were simpler to use because its a great tool. But for the average 9-14 year old baseball coach, its too clunky and confusing.
